Mobile Portrait View: wrong "Upload Photos" button position

Hello.

I noticed that in Mobile Portrait View, at photo gallery "Upload Photos" button is in wrong position. I suppose it should be near the Title (to take less screen space).




At video gallery and group list we can see buttons near title. And it compact :)

I am sorry this is not fixed yet, we set this issue as low priority since this is minor issue.

we are working on the another important task.. and that message system will be change to the new layout chat.
