New photos not appearing in Latest Photos

ISSUE SUMMARY:
After you resolved my problem with Photos appearing before account approval: [url=http://]https://www.jomsocial.com/forum/photos-videos/35468-photo-appears-in-latest-photos-before-account-is-approved[/url], now new photos are not appearing in Latest Photos at all. Is this related to the patch?

This may be of interest:
After you applied the patch, and before a new photo was uploaded, I activated the My Photos plugin and made it a core app. Could there be a conflict between the module "Latest Photos" and the plugin "My Photos"? (Although, I disabled the plugin but still had the problem).

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Jim,

This is not related with that patch.. this is related with photo privacy.. on Latest Photos only will be showen the public photos..

I just checked this and its working fine

Ok, so what is the purpose of this setting in Profile > Privacy Settings? If I say show everything to site members it's not really true? I still have to mark all photos as public?? Or does this only apply to Latest Photos?

Hi Jim,

You need change the default privacy to public, so it will be applied on another next upload. Also please check the privacy configuration from jomsocial backend as well, make sure you set it for public



Regarding your screenshoot issue, that "Apply to all photos" only will be executed on each action and it wont be saved to database, so it will back to unchecked.
