When i try to upload a photo or video to profile stream, i get an undefined error as per the image below.

If i use a mobile connectiion the problem happens
if i try to use a wifi connection i do not have the problem and the photo uploads ok

This happens whenever a mobile connection is used to upload any photo on all phone types

I test this on my android device, and everything its fine, maybe this issue caused by your image size which its too big..
