ISSUE SUMMARY:
i upload a file video with function

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 upload file
2 lunch cron task for processing video
3 the video is correct publiched in activity
4 but if i click on my video section i view the information of video, but not the video.

RESULT if i click on my video section i view the information of video, but not the video.
EXPECTED RESULT view video

please check it:

not all videos support Pseudo Streaming, so I need to turn it off from video settings.
