Some users images are not uploading the amazon S3

A few users avatars are not uploading to S3. This is causing issues throughout the site with broken images. The avatar images are being left on the server and not sent to amazon S3. We had this working before. We are on the latest release. We have the cron job running every 5 minutes using a paid version of easycron to ensure there isn't a timeout. Cover photos are uploading fine.

Even after I manually run the cron it doesn't upload the avatars

We worked on getting those images to not be broken, however he cron job is still not uploading the avatars to S3. They are piling up on our server.

Thank you.

Can you point the documentation (or please provide instructions) on how to do this ourselves if we have a failed s3 upload again?

Hi Ryan,

here the steps:
1. login to cpanel and open phpmyadmin
2. open your DB and browse the table [prefix]_community_users
3. if you find any users that not using S3 search that user at [prefix]_community_users
4. you can see that user Storage value is s3, edit and changing it to file
5. run cronjob again.
6. cron job message will tell you if any files transferred.

Albert
