Customers that have Jomsocial installed on a Centos server and are experiencing video conversion issues please read the attached document.

FFMPEG is entirely server side processing and the methods Jomsocial use in our code are standard calls to your servers installation of FFMPEG. The information we require to assist with your issue can only be obtained by you, from your hosting company or server administrator.

Before posting a new support ticket, please read the attached document and check you have all the required information to add to your support ticket.
