Hi JomSocial Article Comments is published on. but wont show up on standard joola articles.
Can you tell me the steps to get it to sho up?

My site is not live I'm woking on it in localhost.
JomSocial Article Comments is published. do i have to create a module and asign it to a location for it show?

Hi

Comments are attached to articled on onContentAfterDisplay which is a native joomla function. If such option is removed in template's overrides than it may not work. Also a selections of article categories is required in order to be used.
