Redirect plugin seems to be not working

Hi guys...
The registration procedure seems to be working fine as-well as the Resend activation link that points to:
www.techgasp.com/login/register/activation
But the Forgot Username? and Forgot Password? are not working and pointing to a blank pages:
www.techgasp.com/component/users/?view=remind
www.techgasp.com/component/users/?view=reset

Can you check Forgot Username? and Forgot Password? on your end?

Thank you for contacting us.
Both Forgot Username? and Forgot Password? pages are not related with JomSocial. They are part of Joomla! native com_user component.
So the issues is within that component, not in redirection plugin or JomSocial itself.

Please, check this with different template (the best will be Joomla! native template, your current one could have customizations). Also you may post on forum.joomla.org to get more information about this issue.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Yes, those are Joomla! native component pages...
So it may be something with template override...
