Upload new profile cover duplication

Dear all,

When trying uploading a new profile cover many duplications appear in the activity stream.
I replaced the 2 files as mentioned in other posts but problem still exists,it seems more people having this problem.
I deleted all those photo thumbs in jomsocial dashboard but they are still showing up.
And It doesn't matter which browser I use (firefox ,Chrome or IE)
Hope for a solution

I tried the patch yesterday and still had issue's
It's working now ,I hope it's stays this way.
