Invalid account for JaBuilder

Hi, i've trying many time to login front end with my jomsocial account, but it currently return an invalid message. Thanks

jabuilder2.com address is unavailable... it seems like it doesn't exist. How did you accessed it?

- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal, Jabuilder2.com don't exit, it's only an adress created on my localhost (using apache virtual host module). I gave the sit e this name because i make many test with differents templates. the problem is when i login in frontend to go premium, see this: www.jomsocial.com/blog/ja-joomla-page-bu...l&utm_campaign=JABJS .
my login and password is rejected!

I'm really sorry but localhost installations have minimum support as we can't reach them.

Nevertheless if issue apply to JA Builder, please, post your report at joomlart.com. They should at least advise you what to do next.

ok Michal, i'll try it online later, but note that i've already an account from Joomlart and when i login the frontend why my existing account from joomlart, it work well!

Yes, site is available but I can't see JomSocial frontend there...
Also, your credentials from joomlart.com or jomsocial.com won't work on your site.
Actually I feel a bit lost ans I don't understand what the issue is ^^.

Hi michal, to Access the site in editing mode please follow this step :
- Go backend and login it
- In administrator menu go to : ja_builder -> all page : here click on the orange icon called "Live edit"
- This will bring you in front en in editing mode :
- Now click on the menu in the upper side on the right "Go Premium"
- Then in the popup menu login it with my jomsocial credentials

Your credentials at jomsocial.com are fine as you may log in... for some reason they are not accepted by JA Builder.

Hi Josep M,
Can you open a separate thread for your issue and submit the site credentials for staff in that.
Also, try to reset Jomsocial password (avoid special character) and try login.
We will check and fix this issue for sure.
