could you please provide me super user access level?
currently, provided user only as administrator access level.

for debugging purpose, I need full access for joomla backend.

Hi,

I cant using debug mode at your server, becuase the memory too low.
I always got out off memory. please changing memory_limit at php configuration form 128 to 1025 or 512

you can asking your hosting support about it.
