How can I add these buttons on front end of website?

Goal: New buttons will help navigate on website.

Hi,

sorry, that toolbar desinged for jomsocial backend only.
if you can to put it at frontend, you need to create new module by using jomsocial integration code:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Developers_Documentation
and using this icons:
fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/

jomsocial support not able to do this, you must do it by your self or hire any 3rd party developer :)
