ISSUE SUMMARY:
Newly installed, no modification. Can't view configuration changes.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. login admin page
2. navigate to component -> *JomSocial
3. select configuration menu
4. select Site or other configuration sections

travelley.com/administrator/index.php?op...tion&cfgSection=site
RESULT: blank page
EXPECTED RESULT: see configuration pages
BROWSER: google chrome/firefox
