Error 504 Gateway Time-out

Hi
Please help to solve the problem of loading lessons. Some lessons are loading very long, sometimes they lessons in most cases, but sometimes is an error 504 Gateway Time-out

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hello! Error 504 appears only when I open lessons Guru Pro. This problem I addressed to hosting tech support provider, which advised to check when the error occurs. According to them problem is - difficult php process that cannot load on 120 seconds. They advised to split the process into several iterations. Advise how better to do. Or solve the problem in a different way.

Ok, please, try to rise max_execution_time: to 300 and max_input_time: also to 300.

Hello
I raised max_execution_time: to 300 and max_input_time: also to 300. But that does not work then there is error 504 Gateway Time-out and a total Guru pro runs very slowly.
Please help!

Hi nazar,
Please edit your fist post and provide me database access, phpmyadmin URL, user and pass. Add them there is secure form. I want to see if Guru tables have index on them, if not I will add and I hope this will improve the loading.

Please try now again, I added index's on all guru tables and this should make loading more faster.

Thank you very much for help. Problem was solved. Courses are loaded almost with speed of light. I hope that will be also helpful for other students as well.
