No postings and no photos possible

Hello,

since the new update it isn't possible to post a new status message or post a new photo into the activity stream at the mainpage.

Hi, Joerg.

I assign developer to this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Joerg,

the issue becuase you turned off all activity state at jomsocial backend > configuration > user points.
I suggest you to turn on all of points first and than turn off some that no needed.

Hello,

thank you.

I do not use the point system, therefore it is turned off.
It was turned off even before the update and everything worked properly.

It is very unfortunate that there are new problems on my side with every update .....

i tryed to post a new status message into the activity stream, but my message don't appear....

The users reported the same to me..... not all users can post and upload new photos....

and no helpful reaction from the Support Team here....

if you not using user point you can set the points value to 0.
and I made the test at your site. I can posting and share photo:
