Hi, Jürgen.

It works on your site - just a minute ago I tested it.
You need to enable it in Backend -> System -> Global configuration -> SEO Settings

Search Engine Friendly URLs -> YES
Use URL rewriting -> YES
Adds Suffix to URL -> YES (Optional)

Now all you need is to:

Rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess before activating.

htaccess.txt file is located in Joomla! root folder on your server. So you need to connect via FTP and just rename it.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Jurgen.

SEF is working perfectly: prntscr.com/7aal0o

I presume that your issue is different - you can't register because access is denieded.
This issue has nothing to do with SEF.
It's far more complicated issue. It seems that register page is fixed with certain menu item ID.
I fixed it for you by rebuilding menu (to change menu item ID's) and by editing your database.
Now it should be fine.

Thank you very much!
Only the additional menu entry home was the Problem?

But why are there Problems with Community Toolbar for Socialize Template (no images)

Hi, Jürgen.

No, Home item in toolbar wasn't a problem... but I changed it to menu item alias anyway.

As this is second issue and is not related with current topic - please, open new thread for it.
