Hi there,
I can not install the new js version, after delete the previous one, i get something like time out, could you install for me, maybe is my internet provider
The admin credentials are as i posted, please check if the ip is blocked for you, about the site backup, i have a idera backup service active in cpanel to restore the site.
Hi, Romulo Ruiz.
Please, do a safe copy of your whole site before I could proceed.
I'll just try to do upgrade and will not check if you have any customizations.
Please provide us working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.
Hi, Romulo Ruiz.
I could upgrade for you but you'll need to make safe copy of your site. I've tried using Akeeba backup but process failed in 1.8GB with server error (500).
So please, do a safe copy of your own as when I upgrade I will not check if you had any customizations and if they are overwritten or not.
Update this thread when you'll be ready to upgrade.
Hi Michal,
No problem go ahead, as i told you, with the idera backup server service i have active in the cpanel you can revert the hole site because they make backup every day.
Best Regards
Romulo Ruiz
Hi, Romulo Ruiz.
It's done. Everything seems to be fine but, please, check it.
Hi Michal,
Thank you very much but look like there are some issue:
User can not edit date of birth, just save wrong date.
New users, has not option to like in profile page.
The jomsocial home page background are missing.
Hi, Romulo Ruiz.
1. This was caused by custom birthdate format in that profile field (known bug) - I rolled back to default.
2. Could elaborate about this issue? You mean profile "like" option is missing?
3. This was caused by frontpage.index.php override - I commented it.
Hi, Romulo Ruiz.
This was also caused by template override. I commented it out and now should be fine.
Hi Michal,
Sorry for bother you again, but i can see again that new user registered in the site after last Jomsocial update don't show the like option in profile page, please could you explain with more detail how you solved it?
Best Regards
Romulo Ruiz
Hi, Romulo Ruiz.
I just browsed by FTP to ROOT/templates/your-template/html/com_community/modules/profile and changed name for userinfo.php to userinfo.php-old.
Your override remove this option.
