Hi Stavros,

your site is "go out" (regarding site info)?
I checked, no any errors at profile page. if the domain different, we cant support it. Because one account only for single domain.

you can open new topic for domain changing request.

FYI: you can turn on joomla error reporting to maximum from joomla backend. after that you can see the error detail at error page

Regards.

Hi Stavros,

I turned on joomla error reporting to maximum. at jomsocial page I got:
Fatal error: Class 'CommunityView' not found in /var/www/vhosts/go-out.gr/httpdocs/components/com_community/views/frontpage/view.html.php on line 19

please make sure this file is exist:
/components/com_community/views/views.php

this issue can be:
1. missing files, because files transfer not completed
2. permission issue at your server. that file not read able for public. you need contact your server support for more assistance

Regards

Hi Stavros,

if files exist. the issue must be at server side. please make sure file permission is 644 and the owner www-data. or asking your hosting support, why that file not read able for public. maybe any restrictions from your server

Regards
