impossible to access on my backend and some rubric on my website

Hi, since 2 day i can't access to my backend and some rubric on my website.
I can login for my backend but nothing (see me screenshot).
And in my website i can connect but some rubric i can't access (see my screenshot), exemple the group or the video.

I think my statut of admin or mega user have change...
Can you help me please it is very urgent.

Is that the issue you describe?

Please, edit your first post and provide us correct site credentials and FTP access (i can't access your server via FTP)>


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, NAVARRETE.

This was Joomla! issue. For some reason your user "didguitare" wasn't assigned to any Joomla! group. I fixed that. Now backend is unlocked for that user. If you have similar issues with other users just log to backend as "didguitare" and In Users edit user and assign to proper Joomla group.

I fixed it again.
Please, be aware that this issue has nothing to do with JomSocial and apply to Joomla! itself.
Upgrade to latest Joomla! version - it should contain fix for it.

As I said - this issue has NOTHING to do with JomScoial.
So this is last time I answer here.

Upload file from package to ROOT/administrator and type in browser your-domain.com/administrator/limit.php
Then browse to users and fix your SU.
Then delete limit.php file.

thanks a lot Michal BUT i don't understand your method, im a totally beginner!
So when i have buy jomsocial and socialize, you really enjoy to give my money, paiement, etc...then in your $$$ package, this have a help include and i don't know if it is joomla or jomsocial or socialize but you must resolve my problem until my subscription, no?

Why you resolve my problem and after few weeks boom the problem come here again...

If i have paid your pack and few weeks later my money is not in your account then what you make??you email Me, not my bank or other, just me then i make same with you, i have buy your complete pack, so expensif and then i have a technical support, yes or no?

Don't say to me is joomla and not jomsocial, it is not my problem, i have buy then jomsocial and solialize MUST WORK, ok?
