There seems to be a problem with cyclic relationships between categories.

CAT A is parent of CAT B
CAT B is parent of CAT C
CAT C is parent of CAT A

The page will load until timeout. But this is a separte issue. I now longer have this configured on my site, but technically this could be used to cause havoc.

OMG! This is logic issue... a logic loop:

CAT A
- CAT B
-- CAT C (loop starts here when 2nd generation child become parent of parent element)

This is paradox when 2nd generation child becomes parent of parent category... its like to be own gran grand father. This should be locked down. Don't do it in your system - page will fall in loop as will try to load ALL child elements when loop is infinite!
