Problem with removing "jomsocial" from url

JomSocial Expired

I tried changing changing the "jomsocial" attached to the url but the site goes blank when I do so. I did this by changing the alias in the menu item. Is there something else I need to do besides changing the alias?

Hi Gustavo,

you must changing the alias from the menu manager. that the only way.
I tried to changing the alias, and I got no error. please try to go to homepage first after you changed it.
