JomSocial Expired

In preparation for upgrading my site from Joomla 2.5.27 to 3.3.6 I've just upgraded my template to the Joomla 3.3.6 compatible T3 version of JA University. I now have the problem that Jomsocial now makes the main menu being aligned to the left instead of centered as on all the other pages. What happens is that the menu class of the template is overriden by jomsocial classes . They told me that I need to bring up my problem with the jomsocial forum. They say they can not change the classes of the Jomsocial code.

Hi, Andrew.

Edit this file:

ROOT/templates/ja_university_t3/tpls/blocks/mainnav.php

In line 12 remove "navbar" from <nav id="t3-mainnav" class="wrap navbar navbar-default t3-mainnav">.

This should help.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I tried this with the effect that the menu was displayed centered, as it should, but twice on top of each other, so I had to reverse it. Can't you guys change your code so that your component no longer conflicts with the template? Joomlart are a leading template vendor.
