Hello,

I would like update my Jomsocial but...

When I go on Component => Jomsocial => Tools => Update.
I click on "Check for the latest version"
The answer is : "You are currently running the latest version of JomSocial. Version installed: 3.2.0.5"

But I see on the jomsocial.com the latest version is 3.2.1.5.

Can you tell me wath is the problem or wath I dont understand ?

Thanks a lot.

Olivier.

Hi, Olivier.

Disable JomSocial update plugin (if you haven't done it yet) as it's deprecated.
Browse here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
Download latest JomSocial package and install iJoomla Installer.
It will help you to upgrade JomSocial directly from backend.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Olivier.

I reached iJoomla installer list after a short while: prntscr.com/567or1
It works so curl library is installed... you probably get time out... or your may need to upgrade your server settings to be bit higher that suggested minimum:

Hi, Olivier.

Well minimum may work with my connection speed... but may not with your.
I can see so theoretically you should be able to see it too.

Hi, Olivier.

It's still available for me. In a fact it loads within 3-4 seconds... I see that you already updated you installation.
I can't do anything if I don't see the issue or can't replicate it on your system... I'm sorry.
It must be your local net issue... or something local so I'm not affected with it.
