"About Me" link not working

For some reason, the About Me link on a user's page is not working. Those next to it - photos, videos, friends - are working fine though.

The photo link is: [domain]/index.php?option=com_community&view=photos&task=myphotos&userid=459&Itemid=258
The About Me link is: [domain]/index.php?option=com_community&view=profile&Itemid=258#

It used to drop down fine and show the details, but now not...

please follow this solution:
1. edit /components/com_community/views/views.php line 650:

$js = '';
changing it to
$js = 'assets/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.js';

2. unzip this file:
This attachment is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.

and replace bootstrap.min.js at media/jui/js with new one. dont forget to backup that file first, before replace it.
