Avatar size bigger since upgraded from socialize v1.2.8 to v1.2.9

Hello,
Joomla v3.3.6, JS v3.2.1.5, Socialize v1.2.9
Before upgrading to v1.2.9 see below screen shot displaying community members module sits at the js_side_top position.
Since v1.2.9 the same page, the same module is at the bottom of the page instead of the right side because of the avatar's size.
Did we miss something in the socialize configuration ?
Regards,
L

Hi.

js_side_top_position is a JomSocial built-in position and avatars in Community Members module react dynamically on container size.
I was on your site, on frontpage and module looks as on your first printscreen: prntscr.com/4yjlt8

Community Members module shouldn't be assigned to wide positions as avatars will grow bigger.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi,
you're right, it's because we didn't upgraded the site yet.
We've done it on our local platform, before upgrading the online site.
Should we upgrade it in order for you to see the issue on live ? or is it a known problem ?
Cheers,
L

another point is the change of the js_side_top position from the right side to the bottom of the page see the attached screen shot.

Hi,
we've upgraded, and of course got the issue.
As you can see from the attached file js_side_top position is not at the right place, bottom instead of the right side.
Cheers,
L

Hi.

I see that span widths are overridden... could you disable css optimization?

Hi.

Fixed :)

Someone had made mistake when adding css code to custom.css:

#community-wrap .row-fluid [class*="span"] {
box-sizing: border-box;
display: block;
float: left;
margin-left: 2.5641%;
min-height: 1px !important;
/* width: 100%; */
}

Someone set span width to 100% (!) that's why spans didn't fit to container ad displayed in column. I commented it out in custom.css.
