Issue upgrading to newest version

Hello, we are trying to install the latest version - com_community_pro_3.2.1.5.zip without success.

We have searched the forums and cant seem to find out where to next.
Our previous version was a security version ( think it was 3.1.0.3 Security Release )
After un-installing the previous version we had an issue whereby the install would get stuck on the upgrading database section, then we tried to install older versions to get the system up and running again, and now its gets stuck on the creating menu section.
We did the following before each install;

Un-Installed all extensions with the search term jom
Un-Installed all extensions with the search term comm
Removed all menu items within the menus ( including the toolbar menu )
Removed the JomSocial toolbar in menus

We have installed on the server the following
Joomla! 3.3.6
PHP version 5.4.32
Also please see attached for screenshot.

Could you please help us as the Community system is currently not installed on the website and we need it up and running.

Thank you.

Hi Antony,

I can't access your phpmyadmin URL, this is what I get :

400 Bad Request

The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port
nginx

But you can fix this by yourself, please you remove all record "jomsocial" on this field "menutype" from this table "y0ren_menu" via phpmyadmin

I hope it will help you

Thank you for your reply, I will ask the host about you accessing the link I gave you, it may require you providing me with your ip address so they can add that to the accessible list, can you provide this to me please just in case.

Regarding the upgrade, I have removed the jomsocial links from the y0ren_menu and it now halts on upgrading database.

Thank you.

Hi,

I am using dynamic IP address, I suggest you open it for my country Indonesia for awhile..

Now I see different error, please you truncate this table "y0ren_community_config" and try again.

Thank you.

Your a legend, thank you, that did the trick.

All appears to work now, will do some testing, but look fine.
