Hi support,

I jus upgraded to the latest version of jomsocial. Now my members cannot upload photos and then are stuck at 1%. No one can upload photos now.

Any help is appreciated.

your administrator access detail is not valid at site info. please correction it by editing your first post at this topic. I need that for debugging purpose.
and please make sure tmp folder is writable.

and php configuration:
- open_basedir = none
- allow_url_fopen = on

I managed to check the issue and the problem seem to affect sessions in ipads and iphones. I have alot of members using the IOS devices. Could you please check if this is a valid bug.

please try to disable System - Clicky Tracking Code plugin. and clear the joomla cache after that.

I am closing the ticket. Apparently the issue is due to the bug in IOS8 when uploading photos.
