Loop on installer when I try to install Jomsocial

I try to install jomsocial 3.2.1.4 Pro and when I click on "Done" button on last step, the installer come back to first step and can't access to Jomsocial backend.
In Ijoomla installer it shows like installed latest version.

Please, Could you help me?

After you install, clean your browser cache and try to access JomSocial again.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal,

I have cleaned the cache and when I try to access Jomsocial, the installer appears again and again.

I have posted the backend access data. You can try for yourself.

Hi Josep,

After installation completed. I got DB error message. please provide me phpmyadmin/cpanel access detail.
I need to execute this query:

ALTER TABLE `ii01l_community_users` ADD `cover` TEXT NOT NULL AFTER `thumb` ;

Hi Albert,

I added this column myself and it seems that everything works correctly.
By the way, the column has to be "cover" no "cover2". I say this in case anyone has the same problem as me and add this column .
