When a new user create an account,the activation email is not sent.

please make sure the SMTP at joomla email setting is correct. how about user notification email (private message, etc)?
and I need FTP access detail for inspecting more deeper about activation email problem.

the problem with SMTP connection. this setting at Joomla configuration - server - mail setting section.



the SMTP could not connect. please ask your server support. maybe you using wrong setting.
