may I know how to replicate it, please?

Or please you try this temporary fix
1. open this file /components/com_community/libraries/activities.php line
2. find this code :

$str = CStringHelper::getEmoticon($str);

3. replace to :

$str = htmlspecialchars_decode(CStringHelper:: getEmoticon($str, $mood));

if still not working, please provide me the FTP access then

I suggest you wait the next version 3.2.1.4 for fixing this, since in our newest dev package this issue is working fine, but I am dont really know the detail / proper patch, maybe already fixed somewhere.
