I have installed the 3.2 upgrade and now the toolbar seems to have a css problem and is very messy. Photo and video modules are showing no thumbnails and the text links do not work.
Video links work from JS dashboard but when clicked from frontend show: Invalid Video ID Provided error
Photo links show the slideshow attempting to load but no image.

When you upgrading JomSocial menu items in JomSocial toolbar lost "connection" with component. Joomla! mark them as disabled and with notice: "Component 'com_community' does not exist". In order to fix it please follow this instruction:

- click on menu item in JomSocial menu in order to edit it
- when in edit mode don't change anything
- save
- menu item should be fixed
- do it for every JomSocial related menu items (if needed) in all other menus

Check you menus for JomSocial links that are disabled and marked "Component 'com_community' does not exist". For example your "Community" menu item in "Menü oben" is in this state what cause your issues.

Regarding Toolbar... could you elaborate? What exactly is wrong? Could you post a printscreen?

1. The menu has been re-saved and is working but is badly aligned with little boxes everywhere.
2. Message box is too small
   
3. photo and video module thumbs not showing
4. video and photos not working

Bullets in JomSocial toolbar are added by your template: prntscr.com/4emldr (change template to Joomla! default one ad bullets are gone). You need to fix it yourself or contact with template developer.

No, you haven't fixed menu issue: prntscr.com/4emmme Just follow steps I provided you in my earlier post.

Images are broken because wrong URL is created. I fixed it, please check if it work for you.
