Error Uploading JomSocial and King LMS

Hi There,

My client wants to upload JomSocial and the King LMS to their website, we are still in the development phase, I purchased both Extensions but am unable to upload either extension to their website.

Please help, it's a Joomla 3.3 website, and the theme name is Effortless, purchased through Theme Forest from a developer called bdthemes. Built on Warp 7.2 framework.

But you have JomSocial installed: prntscr.com/48gvu3
So I don't understand what is your issue here and how we could help you...

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
