We tried upgrading Jomsocial to the latest version and got the white screen of death and could not enter the Administration area.
I have had 2 developers working on it and tried several different backups to try to locate a previous version but could not achieve a sucessful restore. We are now able to get into the administration area but even attempts to totally delete all of Jomsocial from the system and reinstalling it were unsuccessful.
Credentials are fine, I was able to login to your backend.
Probably there are some IP or Geo restriction on your server or system.
You you request to uninstall JomSocial? You want us to try? Is that correct?
I tried to enable Error Reporting in your system but it failed to save configuration and freezes my browser for few seconds.
It seems that your system needs a major overhaul... so we could try to uninstall JomSocial but if administration panel will not work (save changes) then we couldn't do much about it.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
