The terms and conditions box is too small and only allows a small section of my terms and conditions. Nor does it have a scroll down to allow potential members to see the full text. I added a URL to my terms www.schoolclasslist.com/terms , but this is not clickable.

How is it possible to add the full text to this field? Cutting and pasting only allowed up to section 2 and there are 15 sections.

When I try to login at site admin panel then experiencing problem as
"OOPS, YOU'VE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR 404"
Can you check the problem and correct?

I am now able to login at site admin panel as you edited the access credential.
Btw, I am seeing tems and condition box is small at
admin panel > components > jomsocial > configuration > site > Registrtion > Terms & Conditions
but you can place as much bigger text as you want ( with some html tag also for showing nicely).
And I have placed a link of terms and condition page.
Please check.
