how/where can a teacher find the url to his own teacher profile? If he clicks on the meu on "my profile" he can get it, but this link can not be sent to other people. (Because other people would go to own profile with this link)

In the overview of all teachers the teacher can get the link, when he clicks on his profile. But if there are many teachers, he would have to search for long time, this is not good. And there is no search to find a teacher?

So we need to know, how the teacher can see the link to his profile, that can be used by other people.

You can create a menu with type > Guru teacher list type, that will display the list of all the teacher with the profile URL.
You can see the URL of the profile for each teacher via this menu.
