The problem is not about my credentials and FTP informations but with Guru composant installation.
It's a fresh installation.
I waiting for an answer. I have to work on it in this moment.
I thank you in advance.

Here is a patch attached, should be added, replace the existing one here:
administrator\components\com_guru\models\guruinstall.php

Thank you,
Alin
Hi thank you Alin for this patch.
Here is how I proceeded. Is this the right method ?
- I uncompressed the original component and then replaced the corresponding file by your patch in this folder.
- I then recompressed the file with your patch in it.
- I then installed the newly compressed component. It worked.
As a precaution, I prefer to ask you: was this the right step?
Regards,
Yvan
Hi, Yvan.
Replace the existing one here:
ROOT/administrator\components\com_guru\models\guruinstall.php
Just unzip patch on your hard drive, and upload it via FTP to location mentioned above, replace file (overwrite) and you're ready to go ;)
I have indeed carried out this step. But obviously this does not work because the patch file is overwritten by the new one that comes at the time of installation (since the typical installation does not work).
That's why I did this method and with my method it worked. I just wanted to be careful that Alin, the developer, confirms that it suits him. For my part, with my method, the installation was successful.
Cordially
Yvan, YES, you are right! that is the way, sorry that I didn't mention that the file should be put in the package and reinstall it! mu bad.
Thank you,
Alin
