please open phpmyadmin at hosting cpanel, and emptying community_location_cache table.
if the issue still there. please elaborate more "No matching location". how to replicate it in steps.
and I need cpanel access detail to your database.

your jomsocial only having site members for location.
I saw at jomsocial members table, location has been succesfully fetched.
buat at the maps at jomscoial daschboard still empty, because that map only counting site member country or city.
all site members having empty city at they city field (profile fields).
do you have other map? I cannot find it at frontend.
