Event time showing as 12:%i

ISSUE SUMMARY:
on event details screen (see screenshot) time shows as xx:%i". Also note that 12H format is selected in event settings but time is showing in 24H format. Possibly related to change your team suggested in www.jomsocial.com/forum/events/34033-eve...-at-in-calendar-view

BTW I noticed that your site is under chapmansreach.urbackyard.com but your supported domain is: urbackyard.com.
Please, post a supported domain change here: www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues
Supported domain should be the same as actual site domain.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

please check it, language override for COM_COMMUNITY_DATE_FORMAT_LC2_12H must

%m/%d/%Y %I:%M %P
instead of
%m/%d/%Y %H:%i

%I for hours, %M for minute, and %P for am/pm
