please try to activate from Google APIs tab (regarding screenshot):
Google Maps Embed API
Google Maps JavaScript API

not sure this issue only happeing at some server. the issue related with google API

not sure why your site always dificulting to retrive gmap geolocation at event. in few days jomsocial 4.2.3 will be released.
please wait for that new version and let see if the issue still happening on not.
