Event View page displaying blank for Guest User

Hello All,

We are using Joomla 2.5.27, JomSocial 3.2.1.5 and JoomForest theme 3.2.1.5.

We have created events under user group. For few events, event details page displaying blank.

Here is the link, please check.

Included user credentials under Misc Information to check the site.

Note :
This is Group Event & Recurring Event.
After login it's displaying proper, but Before login (for guest user) it's blank.
And we observed, wherever we are having title "projects" those event detail pages goes blank. If we change the title to someother or project (except projects) it's working fine.


Please check and let us know the fix. It's important.

Page is not blank... your main area has opacity set to 0... it means it will be not visible:

This is your template issue... or it may come from any extension you have (and you have a lot of them). You may change this container class name so opacity will by not applied to it.

What u specified is right. But we are not getting one thing.
We have created 2 series events. Here are the titles and links.

1. Webinar: Taking the Guesswork Out Of Getting Funding For Your Projects

2. Webinar: Taking the Guesswork Out Of Getting Funding For Your Projects

In this case both the pages are not visible.

Now, we updated the title of first event to "Webinar: Taking the Guesswork Out Of Getting Funding For Your Project" (just removed "s" from title), then it generates below URL.
live.icmgworld.com/index.php/all-events/...ct.html?groupid=1314

This link is working properly.

So, What is the problem with the letter "s" in Projects (title)?
Whether we have an option to change event alias from backend, so that we can remove "s" wherever Projects appear in the alias.
Check below urls and attached screenshots for reference.

HI.

Titles shouldn't influence display in any way. The difference is in code:
prntscr.com/50wae0 = opacity: 1;
prntscr.com/50wajo = opacity: 0;

Thus you have to review which extension cause this strange behavior or if your template have something to do with it.

Please, do a test and switch to default Joomla! template and check if issue also appears with it.

With default joomla template (Beez_20) it's working fine.
With default JomSocial template, we have same issue.

JomSocial doesn't have template as this is extension. So could you explain what do you mean by that: "With default JomSocial template, we have same issue". What is template name?

I was asking to change Joomla! template. Switching to default JomSocial template and still using Joomla! template that have this issue indicates only that issue doesn't depend on JomSocial theme.

If you switch to default Joomla! template (e.g Beez_20) and it's fine with enabled default JomSocial template then again it indicates that JomSocial theme has nothing to do with your issue.

JomSocial theme doesn't have class rt_Transition and any classes starts within community-wrap.

So this is your Joomla! template issue and you should ask template developer for help.
