I purchased JomSocial Supercharged on July 9, 2017 and my order confirmation number was 27412. I thought JomSocial Supercharged accounts are now 1 year support, not 6 months. My JomSocial Supercharged shows expiring in 11 days.

We've corrected your license and it shows as Supercharged now.
Your license should last until July 2018.
