Paid for Supercharged 1 year download, expired in 6 months?

Hello,

My license says expired when I check my account for upgrades. However, I paid for the supercharged version which comes with 1 year of support and upgrades. Can you please review?

Purchasing JomSocial Supercharged package you get a bundle of products where some has 6 months subscription (Socialize, modules) while others 12 months (JomSocial and iSEO) - so some of them are still available for you. Please, check.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal,

I did not purchase the pro version, the account is in error, I paid 299 for the supercharged version. Shouldn't everything under the supercharged version include 1 year of support and upgrades? I have my original email to show the purchase of 299 if you need it.
