- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal- Ive sent the confirmation email and called the transaction provider to confirm ( pending voicemail response from pioneer).
This was a cc transaction, receipt reference #1033-6929
Please advise

Im hoping this is not indicative of the product performance or service. 24 hours to fulfill an internet order is not an acceptable thing

No, this is an exception - usually all purchases are delivered imminently.
There was an issue in payment processor - but it's already fixed.

The issue was resolved this morning, all downloads were finally available.
Having done development and support for 20+ odd years i understand very well that things dont always work as they should. That was not the source of my irritation but rather the fact that it wasnt addressed and acknowledged while others with lesser issues were. When there are problems of that nature, tell the customer that there is a problem and you are working to resolve it FOR THEM and most folks will grumble perhaps but most of us get it and wont distract you when you're working at a resolution. Simple, not fun maybe, but simple and far less contentious.
