Expired Membership but Backend is not visible

hey,

Im a member of jomsocial since 2015, at first a standard member and lastly a pro member. My membership expired but as soon as my membership expired my backend went out. I cant see my backend or edit my main page functions. Can you please assist me

Hi Donte,

The accessing backend is not depending with your membership expired or not, actually you can use jomsocial even your membership alraedy expired. It can be caused by another issue.

If you dont mind please provide me FTP and backend access, and we will be glad if you renewal your jomsocial to the latest version 4.2.3. Just go to "My Account" page and click "Renewal" for only

Hi Donte,

This issue caused by your Joomla already upgraded, if you wanna fix this issue you should renewal your account and update jomsocial to the latest version OR you downgrade your Joomla version.

I downgraded to 4.09 and it still not working, my backend should be showing regardless if my subscription is expired or not. I paid $150 on this product and it not working, im feeling cheated, please assist me in fixing this issue

You need downgrade your Joomla (NOT jomsocial) OR you upgrade jomsocial
