Need Credentials for my license

my domain is huntersspeak.com/demo and i need to get the credentials for my license and account. my web developer had them and i never received them. i need to get into my account and that web developer won't speak to me anymore.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

michal i do not have an invoice or order confirmation. my website was originally built by a developer that left us and we cannot get ahold of. he was the one that purchased the license.

Hi Ron,

The license ID 100020537 already expired and it's under a different account that yours so, is not possible to grant you access to that license. What you could do is to contact your developer and ask him to authorize what you want. In that case I need he email me to ricardo at ijoomla dot com. Other way is to use your account to buy a new license. You could use black40 to get a discount during the purchase process.
