When I try to submit either a Billing or a Partner contact form I get the following error:
Warning - Please select a due date!

And the form is not submitted

I am a development partner and my Pro subscription expired. I was trying to use the Partner form and then the billing form to get it renewed.
We do active development on a Joomla extension that integrates with JomSocial. What other information do you need?
