JomSocial Expired

Hi - I renewed my subscription, but when I log into my account it says it’s expired. I have two confirmation emails showing I purchased it, plus I have the PayPay receipt that I’ve been charged for it. And when I look at my order history in My Account, I see two purchase dates of 8/28/13 and 8/29/13. This doesn’t make sense as I only purchased it once in August and then once again in March.

My order confirmation number is 14476.

Please help! Thank you.
