sorry, but i think you haven't read documentation. If there nothing works, why you don't request support on our forum?
I hate when people complain about products anywhere without even trying to ask for help. Anyway, this and other templates by them is beautiful and I normally do not say things like that about templates. It's hard to find a really good template that can really get your site looking very professional. One of the best templates out there..well done.
I purchased this theme about 1,5 months ago I think and did not have any problems with it, I started customizing all my way and the support is great, just use the forum your questions are answered within a day in maximum! thanks for the great service and beautiful theme!!
I bought this based on what i read and what was included.
The bottom panel does not work with any other template other than the Chrome template. (does not state this until you read the manual included in the zip)
The hello module is not styled as per the demo with the menu.
Just beware of what you are buying here.

you are right, bottompanel dont works on any other template, it is only for our template, we will mention this.
About "Hello Me" module - Sorry, but i won't agree with you, maybe you haven't read documentation clearly, there is everything described how to set-up,
if you have any problem you can get help on our support forum.
I bought this template and had no assistance to get it up and running. The forum is whack. There simply is no help with this template not even from the person who made it. Do yourself a favor and save your money. They have nightmarish service and offer no refund nor assistance with anything.
