I hate doing that but I would put a -10 stars .. it is 2 days i've bought this component .... and I didn't recieve any email with a download link... so I sent an email ... nothing... I sent a PM in his forum... still nothing... no answer
I think for 50$ it is a little bit too much

Just after he opened a ticket, we answered him(after 1 hour). We told him to send us a new e-mail address because we had some problems with Yahoo. So, 1 hour reply means no support from him? We also 100% refunded your order after you requested it, without any questions. Next time when you write a bad review about one product/company, at least wait some hours. We're not some kind of bots to answer you within 2 minutes. Everyone can look on our forums to see the support we offer. There are no topics without any reply.
