I really wanted to see a demo of this. We have several iOS users on a couple of private JomSocial communities. The biggest complaint was that unless we used YouTube, they couldn't view the videos.

The demo on Chola's website didn't work at first--the page pointed to the wrong demo installation. When we contacted them, they were quick to respond and the demo worked perfectly.

I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I'm not disappointed one bit.

The first version we downloaded had to be manually patched. Not a big deal as we've been altering the video.php file before trying to get ffmpeg developer installations to work. But another problem was encountered and I opened up a support ticket. They responded quickly, identified a new Joomla installation package, and even went on to install it for us.

All of the videos that were uploaded were automatically converted on the next cron run. We now have an iOS friendly video wall and don't have to upload private content to Youtube to get to share them.

Support was excellent. I do wish the license was for multiple sites as it does bring up the cost of a JomSocial solution a bit, but that would be my only complaint.
